The instruments that move serious money have always been kept behind a door - by geography, by paperwork, by minimums, by who you happen to know. ACCEL3 is built to open it.
Not a launch announcement. Seven years of building, shipping and running financial products, and of still being here to answer for them.
Customers spread across the world rather than concentrated in one country. No home market, and no version of the product that gets the good features first.
Most financial products are built for one country and translated outward - local rails first, local rules, local habits, and the rest of the world bolted on afterwards. Everyone else gets the thin version.
We started from the other end. If the audience is global, the product has to work for a stranger on the internet from the first screen, whatever passport they hold - and it has to hold up seven years later, which ours has.
Three things we believe, and what we do about each of them.
Money crosses the world in seconds. Access to it still stops at a national border, and the quality of what you are offered still depends on which one you were born inside. We build as though that line was never drawn - one product, one standard, wherever you live.
Elite financial instruments are not secret, they are fenced off - behind minimums, introductions, private banks and paperwork most people never get shown. We take that fence down and put the same instruments in ordinary hands, without the referral or the entry ticket almost nobody can meet.
An open door is useless if what waits behind it is impenetrable. We pack serious financial machinery into something you can open, understand and act on in a few minutes, without a specialist translating it for you.
We are a small, founder-led team in Giang Vo, Ha Noi. If you would rather own the whole surface of a product than a corner of one, this is the size of company where that is still possible.
The people deciding what gets built sit with the people building it. Nothing routes through three layers of approval, and nobody waits a week to hear yes.
We hire slowly and expect a lot. Everyone here owns something outright rather than holding a slice of it - a better job, and a harder one.
Our customers are global, so the work is too. Everything from product copy to internal notes ships in English - not as a policy, but because it is the language the market speaks.
We use AI daily - concepting, drafting, iteration, volume. It raises the floor and speeds up the middle. It does not decide what is good. That is still the job.
In person, most days. Sketches on a desk and decisions in a conversation beat a thread waiting overnight for a reply.
An illustration-led designer to shape how ACCEL3 looks and feels - brand, product surfaces and campaign work. Video or motion skills are a plus, not a must.
